Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Evol Technologies, LLC's Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is provided to give our clients guidelines to follow while using our services. Use of Evol Technologies, LLC services constitutes the agreement to our AUP and our TOS
Note: Pornography is prohibited on all servers, unless we specify the acceptance. This may include sites that have content present or links to other adult content. Any site that promotes illegal activity or damage to internet services is prohibited. Failure to accept this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Following our TOS (Terms of Service), we may remove any content or material that violates our policy. Evol Technologies, LLC holds the right to cooperate with legal authorities if we are approached for information.
If an Evol Technologies, LLC account is used in violating the AUP or TOS, we reserve the right to terminate any service without your discretion.
The following are violations of the Evol Technologies, LLC Acceptable Use Policy:
Illegal use: Evol Technologies, LLC services may not be used for or support illegal activity. We have to right to cooperate with legal authorities to investigate any crime or injustice.
Fraudulent activity: Use of Evol Technologies, LLC services to make or process fraudulent orders for buying or selling items, or services, NO Scams.
Harm to minors: Use of any Evol Technologies, LLC services to attempt or harm minors in any way.
Threats: Use of Evol Technologies, LLC services to transmite any content that threatens of implies harm or property destruction.
Harassment: Use of Evol Technologies, LLC services to transmite any content that harrasses anyone.
Unsolicited commercial e-mail / Unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM) Use of Evol Technologies, LLC services to transmit unsolicited commercial or bulk e-mail is prohibited and violations will result immediate termination.
- E-mail / News Bombing: Intent to alter the use of a person's mail service will result in immediate account termination.
Copyright or trademark infringement: Use of Evol Technologies, LLC services to transmit any content that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade sercret, patent, or any other unauthorized copying.
Unauthorized access: Use of Evol Technologies, LLC services to attempt, or access accounts of others is prohibited and is subject to immediate account termination.
Collection of personal data: Use of Evol Technologies, LLC services to collect personal information about third parties without their consent.
Network disruptions and unfriendly activity: Use of Evol Technologies, LLC services to harm other people, Evol Technologies, LLC, or the Internet. This includes DOS attacks against another network host or a user. Disruption of other network users or equipment is prohibited. Unauthorized entry or use of another company will result in immediate account termination. This includes accessing other accounts or penetrating secure information.
Fraud: Misrepresentationg or misleading statements for services or items.
Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right: Distribution of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
Distribution of Viruses: The intentional distribution of programs or files that cause damage, harrass, annoy users, or computer systems are prohibited. Offenses will result in termination of the account
Revisions to this Acceptable Use Policy
Evol Technologies, LLC reserves the right to revise or modify this AUP at any time and in any way we desire.
